The Soul of Transplant Hope

Where grief, legacy, and second chances meet.

Born from loss.  Sustained by love.  Dedicated to honoring life and the stories that connect us.  Transplant Hope exists for the familes whose lives have been forever changed by organ donation and transplantion.  Whether you are carrying grief of a donor hero or the profound gratitude of a second-chance at life, this is a place where your experience is seen, honored, and understood.

 You belong here.

THE ORIGIN OF HOPE

This work grew from love, loss, and the choice to transform pain into purpose.

I am a mother who lost her son—and a mother who chose to carry his legacy forward with love. When Mikey’s life ended, his impact did not. His heart and his light continued on in others, changing everything I thought I understood about life, purpose, and connection.

What began as unimaginable grief slowly revealved something deeper: a bridge between two worlds that are forever connected.

The Intersection of Grief and Gratitude

Transplant Hope exists because I have lived the impossible intersection of devestating loss and profound meaning.
I know silence of tragedy and the ache that reshapes who you are.
But I also know these truths:
  • There is life after loss.
  • There is meaning after devastation.
  • Purpose can rise from pain without erasing love.

This love is not about 'moving on.'

It's about learning to move forward while carrying love with you.

Two World, One Extraordinary Gift

Two deeply connected worlds. One extraordinary gift.
The Donor Family carries a grief that reshapes everything - the sudden absence and a love that has no place to go.
The Recipient Family carries a different weight - gratitude layered with the awareness that another family's loss made their life possible.
These experiences are not separate.  They are forever linked.
Honoring the Full Journey

Transplant Hope exists to honor both sides of the truth, compassion, and reverence. Our work ensures that:

  • Donor Families are never forgotten once the gift is given.
  • Recipients are supported in carrying the magnitude of what they've received.
  • Connection becomes a bridge for shared healing, rather than a search for closure.
When we allow these worlds to see one another, something powerful happens.
Healing becomes shared.
Purpose becomes collective.

Turning Experience Into Advocacy

I understand the moment life divides into before and after - and the quiet work it takes to build meaning again.

As a mother, advocate, and guide, I meet families and individuals with a deep respect for the complexity of their journey.  My work is not fixing what is broken; it is about honoring what has changed and walking forward with intention.

Stories That Honor Legacy

My books are an extension of my life's mission - vessels of truth, remembrance, and the enduring gift of hope.  Written from lived experiences, these stories exist to honor donor heroes and create a language for the 'impossible' moments of transplant and transition.

  • Through storytelling, we remember.
  • Through remembrance, we heal.
  • Through shared stories, no one walks alone.
